REQUIREMENTS : Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent. Post matric qualification(s) in a related field will be an advantage. Special requirements (skills needed): Computer literate, Communication-, interpersonal-, problem solving- and conflict handling skills. Ability to work independently.<\/p>\n
DUTIES : The handling of less complicated routine correspondence. Maintain records of autogenous activities. Assist in the co-ordination of requirements in respect of office accommodation for the section. Assist in the co-ordination of requirements in respect of alterations\/maintenance to officers. The upgrading and keeping of directives, acts, regulations and manuals. The performing of elementary calculations. Maintain and issue statistics. Make sure documentation are completed and correct. Writing correspondence. Submit reports with regards to statistics. Deliver auxiliary services.<\/p>\n
