\nThe Trainee Sales Representative is a development position toward a Account Manager position. In their training period
\nthey will be responsible for allocated customers and for the completion of their PAT Project. Their placement into a
\nAccount Manager will be subject to vacancies being available<\/p>\n
\nMinimum relevant 3 year tertiary qualification.
\nValid Code 8 drivers license unendorsed.
\nNo alcohol related health problems.
\nBasic knowledge of PC or potential to acquire it
\nPersuasiveness and well developed selling ability.
\nExcellent verbal ability and communication skills.
\nSound interpersonal skills, creativity and ability to mix with other people.
\nAbility to manage self and territory.
\nStrong achievement orientation.
\nPotential to become an Account Manager in the future.<\/p>\n
\nAchieve pre-determined sales\/brands and market share targets.
\nInfluence liquor retail pricing within segments.
\nMaintain stock levels within segments.<\/p>\n
