{"id":25878,"date":"2015-12-01T10:51:47","date_gmt":"2015-12-01T08:51:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=25878"},"modified":"2016-07-07T00:15:12","modified_gmt":"2016-07-06T22:15:12","slug":"2016-pps-graduate-learnership-it-social-media-and-graduate-consultant","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/2016-pps-graduate-learnership-it-social-media-and-graduate-consultant.html","title":{"rendered":"2016 PPS Graduate Learnership:- IT, Social Media and Graduate Consultant"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The successful incumbent of this programme will gain relevant work experience, soft skills, comprehensive training and development, be supervised by a formal mentor and be included in a rotation programme.<\/p>\n<p><u>Key Responsibilities:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, prepare, post and maintain content across PPS\u2019 Social Media platforms, blogs, forums, and websites.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure consistency of messages across multiple channels, and adherence to established guidelines and standards.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and edit the PPS Blog.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the brand adherence of all communications messages.<\/li>\n<li>Promote PPS SM content and platforms internally and externally.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor online competitor presence and developments.<\/li>\n<li>Produce e-newsletters and blogs, and provide consultation and guidance to authors of these publications.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor trends on SM and implement improvements across SM platforms on an on-going basis.<\/li>\n<li>Create thought leadership editorial.<\/li>\n<li>Learn how to analyse and develop a marketing\/sales strategy to a select portfolio of brokers<\/li>\n<li>Trust: learn how to build relationships with brokers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Knowledge and Competence:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>learn how to market PPS Products and Services, competitor intelligence to be able to counter market<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Skills:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>develop an ability to influence brokers to increase sales of PPS products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Teamwork:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>develop an ability to work as a team, work to achieve common goals, display company values and handle a stressful and pressured work environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Service:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>learn how to provide a methodical approach to queries and service requests<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Qualifications:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B. Com, B.Sc, BBA Hons: &#8211; English, Journalism.
