Description<\/strong> Carry out all administrative tasks in the operation<\/p>\n Check status of invoices on the system<\/p>\n Ensure communication is provided to the relevant warehouse staff when a specific requirement must be met (e.g.<\/p>\n Notify staff of direct delivery or express delivery)<\/p>\n Handling of customer queries and escalating the queries to the relevant management<\/p>\n Ensure that all documentation is correctly filed and easily accessible<\/p>\n Provide reprints of invoices if requested by operations, e.g. Transport or the Warehouse<\/p>\n Maintain reports daily, weekly, monthly as per requirements for the operation<\/p>\n Ensure asset register is managed and maintained<\/p>\n Ordering of stationary<\/p>\n Where the operation requires, assist in the capturing of data<\/p>\n Generate and print all documentation that is required for operational processes<\/p>\n Have knowledge and understanding of administrative procedures of the operation<\/p>\n Have knowledge and understanding of all the Standard Operating Procedures pertaining to their function<\/p>\n Have knowledge and understanding of policies<\/p>\n Have knowledge and understanding of the Health and Safety procedures and requirements<\/p>\n Have a knowledge and understanding of the ISO 9001 procedures<\/p>\n Administrative skills<\/p>\n Computer literate<\/p>\n Communication skills<\/p>\n Should you feel confident that you meet all the above requirements, please mail me your CV for viewing. amanda@”thetalentexchange.co.za<\/p>\n REGRETTABLY ONLY SOUTH AFRICAN CITIZENS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THES ROLES.
