{"id":26261,"date":"2016-01-18T12:47:08","date_gmt":"2016-01-18T10:47:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=26261"},"modified":"2016-01-18T12:47:08","modified_gmt":"2016-01-18T10:47:08","slug":"sales-graduate-program-2016-at-ericsson","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/sales-graduate-program-2016-at-ericsson.html","title":{"rendered":"Sales Graduate Program 2016 at Ericsson"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ericsson seek a graduate to join us as a Sales Graduate at our office in Johannesburg.<\/p>\n<p>We believe in growing our graduates and giving them a chance to have the best possible start in their career.<\/p>\n<p>Graduates at Ericsson gain valuable work experience, skills and knowledge that will assist them in furthering their career.<\/p>\n<p>We therefore not only let you work with the teams on live projects, but you will be receiving training courses throughout the program and will also be assigned a dedicated mentor who will be providing formal as well as informal guidance.<\/p>\n<p>This twelve month programme commences in February 2016.<\/p>\n<p><u>Key Responsibility Areas<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support sales function administrative requirements<\/li>\n<li>Support account managers with daily duties<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that correct documentation is in place to process purchase orders.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that forecasts are kept up to date<\/li>\n<li>Keeping network data up to date.<\/li>\n<li>Forecasting Hardware requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitating sign-off of invoices.<\/li>\n<li>Develop understanding of Ericsson structure and complexities of matrix organization in multinational organization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your background<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recently graduated or about to graduate from a South African University with a degree in Engineering\/ICT<\/li>\n<li>Strong interest in working in the area of telecommunication<\/li>\n<li>Strong interest in working in the area of sales and business development<\/li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and numerical skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>High customer service orientation<\/li>\n<li>Very good knowledge of and proficiency in MS Excel and general MS Office<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We believe in growing our graduates and giving them a chance to have the best possible start in their career.
