class=\"c19\">These positions exist within the MMI Health Centre of Excellence which was established to create one health capability across MMI with a client focused philosophy, designing solutions based on the segments\u2019 different client needs and value propositions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The programme is a work based learning programme that assists graduates to prepare for the workplace and promotes access to increased employment opportunities within the Medical Aid Administration and Insurance industry.<\/p>\n<p>We need FOUR graduates who have completed Bachelor\u2019s Degrees or completed a 3 year National Diploma in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sales and Marketing<\/li>\n<li>Information Systems<\/li>\n<li>Commerce<\/li>\n<li>Business Management<\/li>\n<li>Business Administration<\/li>\n<li>Accounting<\/li>\n<li>Financial Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"c17\"><span class=\"c15\"><b>THE INCUMBENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acquiring the relevant practical experience and knowledge of Company products<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrating skills in using Company systems and showing understanding of the operational processes<\/li>\n<li>Displaying a willingness to learn corporate values and technicalities and timeous completion of logbooks for workplace based learning<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrating commitment to working in the Medical Aid Administration and Insurance industry and attending all identified courses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"c17\"><span class=\"c15\"><b>THE APPLICANT SHOULD MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Completed degree or diploma in the above-mentioned fields<\/li>\n<li>Should not be studying fulltime for the duration of the programme<\/li>\n<li>Be available full-time from 1 March 2016 to 28 February 2017<\/li>\n<li>South African citizen between the ages of 18 and 35 years<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to commute to the workplace on their own<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate (MS Office)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"c17\"><span class=\"c15\"><b>COMPETENCIES REQUIRED<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure while being client centric at all times<\/li>\n<li>Assertive with good communication skills and the ability to access and use information<\/li>\n<li>Ability to be creative, innovative and a problem solver with collaboration and inclusiveness<\/li>\n<li>Self-management and results-driven behaviour with attention to detail and high levels of accuracy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"c17\"><span class=\"c15\"><b>ADDITIONAL INFORMATION<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Shortlisted candidates will be subjected to the following statutory checks:<br \/>\n\u2013 ITC<br \/>\n\u2013 Criminal<br \/>\n\u2013 Qualifications<br \/>\n\u2013 Character References<\/li>\n<li>Psychometric assessments will be part of the selection criteria.<\/li>\n<li>Qualifications must be attached to the
