REQUIREMENTS : A Degree or National Diploma Communication or relevant qualification. one (1)- three (3) years experience in Communication. Disciplinary knowledge in communication and media studies.<\/p>\n
Knowledge of communications principles, techniques and tools. Knowledge of the writing process reviewing and proofreading. Programme and Project Management. Knowledge of relationship management.<\/p>\n
Problem solving and Analysis. People and Diversity Management. Client Orientation and Customer Focus. Communication. Accountability and Ethical Conduct.<\/p>\n
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. An understanding of and commitment to government objectives, policies and programmes.<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Implement communication plans. Execute media products, issue publications, organise press briefings and media coverage in profiling the work of government.<\/p>\n
Develop or improve communication concepts, theories and operational methods. Disseminate knowledge and information to communities.<\/p>\n
Organise and implement publicity projects and events. Establish and maintains stakeholder relations with community and media<\/p>\n
