To prove competence in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning NQF 2 in order to maintain and repair refrigeration equipment as to meet all quality standards and to achieve customer service excellence.<\/p>\n<p><u>Cognisance needs to be taken of and\/or focus needs to be placed on the the following aspects as it will have an impact on the role:<\/u><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Changes in technology<\/li>\n<li>Skills development legislation<\/li>\n<li>Transport legislation<\/li>\n<li>Customer service excellence<\/li>\n<li>Complete work in line with the requirements of the Coca-Cola Quality<\/li>\n<li>system and the 5-star NOSA system.<\/li>\n<li>Adapt to participative work structures and design.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>CUSTOMERS<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dealers<\/li>\n<li>Channel managers<\/li>\n<li>Account managers<\/li>\n<li>Team leaders<\/li>\n<li>Logistics Manager<\/li>\n<li>Field Services Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>OUTPUTS<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Repaired and maintained equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Solved situational problems.<\/li>\n<li>Customer satisfaction.
