Company :T-Systems South Africa Holdings (Pty) Limited<br \/>\nLocations :Midrand, South Africa<\/p>\n<p>Job level :Graduate<\/p>\n<p><u>Key Areas of Responsibility:<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Administration and co-ordination of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>New appointments, internal transfers, promotions, resignations<\/li>\n<li>Tracking and updating the above<\/li>\n<li>Recruitment requests, approvals, statistics and reports<\/li>\n<li>Update monthly salary forecasting and ensure correctness<\/li>\n<li>Assist with preparing monthly salary forecasts on BPC (internal budget tool) and annual salary budgets<\/li>\n<li>Headcount reporting<\/li>\n<li>Contract extensions<\/li>\n<li>Talent management- and leadership programmes<\/li>\n<li>Incentives for certification<\/li>\n<li>Rewards and recognition scheme<\/li>\n<li>Pulse (Employee Satisfaction Survey) population data clean up<\/li>\n<li>Log all relevant requests with the HR Service Centre via the internal logging tool<\/li>\n<li>Ad hoc increases<\/li>\n<li>Assist HRBP with general queries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Criteria for Selection:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicants must be South African citizens;<\/li>\n<li>Have completed a National Diploma\/Degree in Human Resources or equivalent and be able to demonstrate good academic record and achievements ;<\/li>\n<li>Application forms must be completed in full and copies of academic records must be included;<\/li>\n<li>Not have previously participated in an internship or graduate programme;<\/li>\n<li>Have no work experience in the field of study;<\/li>\n<li>A recent graduate (2011-2016);<\/li>\n<li>Considered a youth (18-27 years);<\/li>\n<li>Verified qualification certificate and no criminal record;<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy (MS Office \u2013 basic Word, PowerPoint, Excel);<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication in English (written and verbal);<\/li>\n<li>Prepared to undergo psychometric assessments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Closing Date: 29 March 2016<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/telekom.jobs\/search\/jobs\/za\/30785\/Intern%3A-Human-Resources-Business-Partner-Administrator\/Midrand.html\" target=\"_new\"><u><strong>Click Here to REGISTER AND APPLY ONLINE<\/strong><\/u><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Intern is to provide efficient administrative support to the Delivery HR Business Partner division in order to effectively deliver the needs of the business units they support.
