Job Description:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 The design and layout of each assigned magazine
\n\u2022 Assisting the art director managing a sports design team of three
\n\u2022 Working with the editorial team to create each issue
\n\u2022 Planning, directing and guiding shoots and illustrations for all relevant articles
\n\u2022 Working closely with illustrators, stylists, photographers and models
\n\u2022 Picture sourcing from all relevant picture libraries
\n\u2022 Conceptualising shoots and illustrations
\n\u2022\u00a0Photo shoot\u00a0art direction
\n\u2022 To report to the Creative Director on all relevant creative and operational issues
\n\u2022 Presenting any relevant layouts to client where needed
\n\u2022 Doing all relevant sign-offs at printers
\n\u2022 To partake in the ad placement before repro stage
\n\u2022 To oversee the budget on each publication
\n\u2022 To ensure the timely delivery of each issue
\n\u2022 To play an active part in the creation of a vibrant studio
\n\u2022 To collaborate with repro department and copy\u00a0editing\u00a0department in completing the magazine error free
\n\u2022 To foster a strong working relationship with the editor, thereby putting form to the editors’ synopsis
\n\u2022 To assist in all other forms of\u00a0promotional\u00a0material for the magazine i.e. rate cards, exhibition stands, supplements etc.<\/p>\n
