We are looking for a mid-weight\u00a0copywriter\u00a0that will be responsible for conceptualising, writing and\u00a0proof reading\u00a0effective, innovative and compelling response driven copy.<\/p>\n
This person must have the competency to write copy across a variety of channels, including\u00a0direct marketing, social media,\u00a0advertising,\u00a0branding, website & published media channels.<\/p>\n
The key responsibilities include:<\/strong> Job Requirements<\/strong>
\nConceptualisation of new campaigns in conjunction with the rest of the creative and\/or marketing team
\nIdentifying new marketing trends and themes to employ in internal or external campaigns
\nCompilation of questionnaires or scripts
\nInterviewing of respondents for article pieces
\nReasearching topics where necessary & compiling information forcopywriting
\nWriting copy from copy briefs and basic information for brochures, magazines, posters,\u00a0advertising, websites etc.
\nWriting creative rationales for storyboards or creative draft presentations
\nInitialising Facebook & social media channels for new clients or internally and maintaining these channels on a weekly or monthly base, pending requirements
\nProof reading\u00a0and editing of all copy pieces before publishing
\nResearching & writing PR articles for clients
\nMaintaining internal and\/or client websites with news & PR articles on a monthly basis
\nLiaising with the rest of the creative department \/ account executives in brainstorming \/ communication sessions and in the execution of day to day duties<\/p>\n
\nRelevant 3 year degree or diploma in language practice\/languages
\nAt least 2 years experience in the marketing and\/or\u00a0advertising\u00a0field
\nProven track record in both long & short copy, specifically pertaining todirect marketing\u00a0\/ response driven writing
\nExcellent expertise in social media
\nFully proficient in MS Office
\nExcellent written & verbal skills English<\/p>\n
