\nPublic Management Administration or equivalent field of study. 3 years\u2019
\nexperience in Auxiliary Services including transport and fleet management,
\nfacilities and accommodation management, record and registry services and
\nPABX services of which 2 of the 3 years\u2019 experience must be supervisory level.
\nValid driver\u2019s license and the ability to drive. Computer literacy, In-depth
\nknowledge of Government Immovable Assets Management Act, PFMA and
\nArchive Act and other Government policies regulating various fields under
\nauxiliary services, Self-driven and motivated, Willingness to work outside normal
\nworking hours and under extreme pressure. Good interpersonal relations and
\ncommunication skills verbal and written.<\/p>\n
\nthe system, Ensure implementation of said system in all the provinces, monitor
\nand evaluate vehicle use. Monitor the monthly usage of GG and subsidised
\nvehicles. Ensure fleet management in accordance with approved delegation and
\ndirectives. Ensure proper implementation on records management. Monitor PABX
\nsystem, telephone and cell phone expenditure. Verify the correctness of the
\nprepared documents. Maintain registers and relevant rosters. Ensure proper
\nrenewal\/entering into contract with Public Works in terms of office
\naccommodation for all provinces. Address staff grievances and concerns. Provide
\ninputs and draft policies (transport, telephone and parking) Convener of Transport
\nAdvisory Committee and assist with other administrative duties such as
\ncompilation of monthly reports, etc. Manage resources and staff as well as
\ndevelop the staff.<\/p>\n
