REQUIREMENTS<\/strong> : A three year Diploma\/Degree or equivalent qualification. At least 1 to 2 years\u2019 experience in Cost and Management Accounting\/Financial Accounting\/Financial Management. A qualification in Cost and Management Accounting\/ Financial Management will be an added advantage. Core competencies: Financial Management. Process competencies: service delivery innovation, problem solving and analysis, client orientation and customer focus, communication and computer literacy. Technical competencies: knowledge and understanding of Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Treasury Regulations, General Recognized accounting Practices (GRAP) and PASTEL and VIP, computer literacy.<\/p>\n DUTIES<\/strong> : The successful candidate will perform the following duties: Process transactions on payment approvals. Process month-end and year-end closures. Administration of petty cash. Reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
