We are currently seeking the services of a qualified and experienced Petty Cash to reconcile and process invoices for our debtor\u2019s accounts.<\/p>\n
Key performance areas include:
\n\u2022 Reconciling of local petty cash.
\n\u2022 Reconciling of local debit and credit cards according to bank statement.
\n\u2022 Preparing the direct debit forms and ensuring these are prepared in numerical order and filed accordingly.
\n\u2022 Prepare the bank reconciliation on a monthly basis in accordance with pre-determined deadlines.
\n\u2022 Ensuring all supporting documents to the bank reconciliation is filed accordingly.
\n\u2022 Loading of all EFT payment on the online banking profile.
\n\u2022 Distribution relevant Proof of Payment.<\/p>\n

Job Requirements:
\nThe successful candidate will meet the following minimum criteria:
\n\u2022 Grade 12 or equivalent
\n\u2022 A Bookkeeping qualification
\n\u2022 A minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience as a Petty Cash \/ EFT Clerk
\n\u2022 Online banking experience
\n\u2022 Microsoft office proficient
\n\u2022 Excellent communication skills, specifically in English
\n\u2022 Ensure that they present a professional image at all times
\n\u2022 Interacts with others in a sensitive and effective way.
\n\u2022 Respects and works well with others
\n\u2022 Self-motivated and proactive individual able to use his\/her initiative
\n\u2022 Successfully adapts to changing demands and conditions
