HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER \u2013 FMCG \u2013 ISANDO<\/p>\n
RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
HR GENERALIST WITH STRONG IR BACKGROUD<\/p>\n
\uf0fc Effective talent sourcing<\/p>\n
\uf0fc Facilitate and ensure achievement of Group and other OD initiatives<\/p>\n
\uf0fc Facilitate and ensure achievement of sound\/good employee relations<\/p>\n
\uf0fc Ensure business compliance to statutory requirements (BCEA, LRA, SDA, etc)<\/p>\n
\uf0fc Ensure business understanding of HR policies and procedures<\/p>\n
\uf0fc Facilitate\/ensure achievement of transformation\/EE targets<\/p>\n
\uf0fc Partner with client group in achieving learning objectives<\/p>\n
\uf0fc Ensure effective performance management processes are adhered to<\/p>\n
\uf0fc Manage the exit processes and documentation<\/p>\n
\uf0fc Ensuring compliance to HR to Department policies and procedures by self<\/p>\n
Job Requirements:
\nREQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
KNOWLEDGE
\n\uf0fc Degree or B. Tech in Industrial Psychology, HR Management, Business Management or Social Sciences
\n\uf0fc Knowledge of labour legislation and contemporary HR practices
\n\uf0fc Computer literacy<\/p>\n
EXPERIENCE
\n\uf0fc Min 5 years as HR Generalist
\n\uf0fc Min of 2 years HR management experience in a FMCG environment<\/p>\n
