Perform forecast data cleansing in the demand planning tool<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Create a monthly statistical forecast using the demand planning tool<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Review and amend the forecast against the latest promo\/launch plans, the trend estimate and pertinent demand drivers<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Achieve consensus for forecasts by facilitating a collaborative planning process with sales, marketing and business control personnel through the monthly forecast and validation meetings<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Build a supply plan based on validated forecasts, co-packing plan and stock and supply parameters<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Determine stock and supply parameters in line with stock and service level policy<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Manage replenishment and determine priority actions with MSL<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Monitor and reduce Out of Stocks<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Monitor and reduce Slow Movers and Obsoletes<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Prepare and maintain relevant local and international monthly reports<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Technical &amp; Professional Competencies: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Knowledge of supply chain management concepts, i.e. Plan, Source, Make, Deliver and Return<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Strong analytical and problem solving abilities (non-negotiable)<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Proactive and a team player (non-negotiable)<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Continuously look for service level and forecast accuracy improvement opportunities<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Critical thinking skills to identify where analysis is required &amp; then do it<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Ability to work in a dynamic, pressurised environment<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Experience with Microsoft Office with strong experience in Excel (Advanced) and PowerPoint (Intermediate)<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Experience in and\/or exposure to S&amp;OP processes and procedures<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 High level knowledge of International Logistics process<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques<\/p>\n<p>IS CUSTOMER ORIENTED<\/p>\n<p>Fosters a demand-driven Supply Chain with service as a priority<\/p>\n<p>Brings added value to the customer<\/p>\n<p>CONTROLS RISKS AND OPERATES RESPONSIBILY<\/p>\n<p>Masters our
