The training takes place at our head office in Johannesburg, and provides a challenging training platform, with rotations to ensure exposure to different technical areas and specialist business units.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Chartered accountants and other professionals supervise trainees. Trainees also have the opportunity to explore various divisions in the bank to establish which area of specialisation they would like to follow after completion of their training contract.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Highly competitive salaries; and bonuses and increases are awarded at least annually and are based on individual and academic performance<\/li>\n<li>Study and normal leave<\/li>\n<li>Management and professional skills training<\/li>\n<li>To ensure that our trainees are prepared for future roles as business leaders, technical and managerial training are of an international standard. A prospective trainee can develop business acumen, life skills and professional and ethical values.
