\nLead the implementation of the QHSE system in the organization.
\nManage the QHSE documentation according to the company standards, follow-up overall QHSE policy, procedures and work instructions.
\nOrganise and perform audits according to international standards (ISO9001,14001 & OHASA18001).
\nEnsure that we comply with the latest standards and regulatory requirements.
\nOversee on-site QHSE actions, set targets and measure performances.
\nManage the continuous improvement process.
\nPrepare weekly reports on QHSE activities
\nReport QHSE performance issues
\nTrain the QHSE<\/p>\n
\nCoordinate of all office maintenance (e.g. air cond, electrical, plumbing etc.)
\nStock and stock take control.
\nCoordinate information board panels, ensuring that all branches have the same information.
\nOrdering Business Cards
\nOrganising and communicating intra company events and year end corporate gifts.
\nCo coordinating DHL monthly recap and validation of express couriers.
\nAssist at the switchboard when required.
\nAssist Top Management in administrative tasks<\/p>\n
\nMatric
\nHealth and Safety qualification
\nKnowledge and experience of ISO9001, 14001 & OHSA 18001
\n2 years experience in a HSE environment
\nIT Skills \/ MS Office, Excel & Outlook
