A career in Brand Management at P&amp;G involves combining world-class marketing mastery with business leadership to create and build brands that improve consumers&#8217; lives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Overall Responsibilities: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define vision and key strategies to win and be at the leading edge of In-store in the local market<\/li>\n<li>Annual landscape and P&amp;G competitive assessment (incl. digital) as input to business reviews<\/li>\n<li>Profiling of the local consumer segmentation and program creation to reach chosen segments<\/li>\n<li>Work with brand manager to establish role of consultants, demonstrators, or promoters on the brand<\/li>\n<li>Fully manage the process of agency selection, staff training, enabling materials such as RTB tools, controls, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Track &amp; report results and relevant process measures, e.g. staff turnover, etc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personal attributes <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Able to turn insight into tactical actionable plans<\/li>\n<li>Committed to behaving ethically valuing cultural sensitivity &amp; diversity<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, takes initiative &amp; is a highly motivated self starter<\/li>\n<li>Good written and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Able to multi-task in diverse &amp; fast paced work environment<\/li>\n<li>Team Player<\/li>\n<li>Challenging responsibilities from day one<\/li>\n<li>Learning and growth opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Rewards based on performance<\/li>\n<li>I nternational exposure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What P&amp;G offers you : <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum education of Bachelor&#8217;s Degree with good academic results<\/li>\n<li>Strong skills in leadership, and excellent spoken and written communication<\/li>\n<li>Good command of the English<\/li>\n<li>0-3 years working experience<\/li>\n<li>Have a passion for winning<\/li>\n<li>Be willing to face a new challenge every day<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Brand Operations Associate Manager &#8211; Marketing Department Brand Management, is a one of P&amp;G\u2019s core functions behind the success of our business.
