Detailed Description<\/strong><\/p>\n As a member of our Africa Business Technology Office, you will have unique opportunities to use your knowledge to shape the futures of our clients as well as to create something of your own. To ensure our consultants become well-rounded CEO counselors, they are staffed across a variety of industries and functions. Roughly 50% of your projects will be related to Business Technology (e.g., Digital transformations, IT sourcing strategies, etc.) while the other 50% will span a variety of functions (e.g., Strategy, Operations, etc.). In all cases, you will help leading African institutions make distinctive, lasting, and substantial improvements in their performance. You will also have opportunities to work with our teams abroad in hotbeds of innovation (e.g., Silicon Valley). You will regularly push the boundaries of your area of expertise.<\/p>\n With colleagues from around the world, you will further develop McKinsey concepts as well as ensure that the knowledge and thinking in the Africa Business Technology Office are always up to date.
