Facilitation of management training workshops, implementation of training plans and induction for new joiners of the Franchisor and the Franchisee.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Desired Skills &amp; Experience<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>Desired Skills:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Management skills &#8211; Role entails managing a team of at least 5 people<\/li>\n<li>Project management skills and successful conclusion of projects<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build relationships with clients<\/li>\n<li>Organised individual with strong administrative skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong Financial Acumen<\/li>\n<li>Good presentation and communication skills (verbal &amp; written)<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Work Experience<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years in a similar role<\/li>\n<li>Ideal of 5 years in a similar role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Educational Requirements:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12<\/li>\n<li>Degree\/Certificate\/Diploma in training facilitation and\/or hospitality studies<\/li>\n<li>Driver\u2019s License<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Characteristics:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong Interpersonal Skills<\/li>\n<li>Hardworking, ability to work long hours<\/li>\n<li>Strong Organizational Skills<\/li>\n<li>Team Leader<\/li>\n<li>Enjoy working with people<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This position is available from 1\u00a0June 2016<\/p>\n<p><strong>HOW TO APPLY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please send all applications to <strong><u>recruit@oceanbasket.com<\/u><\/strong>.
