Purpose

\n\u20223 years + Inbound and outbound call centre<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 2 years + User-level understanding of web and mobile technology<\/p>\n
\n\u20222 years + Handling irate customers
\n\u20223 years+ Written and verbal communication
\n\u2022Proficient in at least English and Afrikaans
\n\u2022Provide telephonic customer support
\n\u2022Address telephonic complaints and general queries in a professional manner and in line with set standards
\n\u2022Adhere to sound written communication principles
\n\u2022Maintain customer service standards and promote a positive image of the Company
\n\u2022Escalate complaints\/enquiries\/information to relevant operational level
\n\u2022Ensure complaints\/questions are answered\/resolved in a reasonable time-frame
\n\u2022Follow-up on customer enquiries and complaints, if applicable
\n\u2022Address complaints referred by Social Media Department and provide written and verbal feedback, according to set standards<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Maintain up-to-date knowledge on relevant e-product information (e.g. Air Time redemption, mobile coupon redemption, etc.) and address queries accordingly
\n\u2022Follow-up on customer complaints.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Log all incoming calls on a Customer Feedback CRM system, according to set guidelines in real time
\n\u2022Ensure all captured information is accurate and complete
\n\u2022Report incidents according to set guidelines
\n\u2022Maintain quality control principles and recommend process improvements<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Meet client expectations and maintain quality customer service principles
\n\u2022Address customer complaints and provide necessary feedback
\n\u2022Adhere to professional telephone etiquette and principles
\n\u2022Maintain confidentiality<\/p>\n
\n40 hours work week, scheduled any five days from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays:
