The group operates in almost 50 countries in Africa. Its holding company, Naspers, is listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) and has an ADR listing on the London Stock Exchange (LSE). International investors account for around 50% of its shareholder base.<br \/>\nAn African platform operator, Video Entertainment\u2019s expertise lies distributing media products, creating media content and selling advertising. Its key areas of operations are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pay Television<\/strong>: direct-to-home satellite and digital terrestrial television services; and<\/li>\n<li><strong>SVOD: <\/strong>subscription video on demand services across multiple online platforms with a focus on library and local content in developing markets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Operating in the majority of African countries, Video Entertainment is the leading Pay TV provider in most of the key African markets. Its strategy is to offer the best local and international content across multiple platforms to customers wherever they are.<br \/>\nThe group\u2019s strength lies in its focus on local language and culture, its entrepreneurial spirit and the quality of its workforce. Over the years Video Entertainment has built a successful track record of identifying trends early, adapting them for the markets in which it operates and leveraging them to maximum advantage. The group generates revenues mainly by collecting subscription fees, with a moderate contribution from advertising revenue. This requires the incumbent to build change enablement capacity throughout the business.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Performance Objectives<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Development of Change Enablement initiatives<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Stakeholder Management <\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Draft and present change enablement proposals<\/li>\n<li>Prepare change enablement project plans and inform necessary parties of their responsibilities<\/li>\n<li>Build change enablement capacity in the business through the facilitation of sessions with key stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Manage and deliv<br \/>\ner the change enablement process<\/li>\n<li>Enable HR and line manager with the implementation of team effectiveness initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Research and recommend best practice tools and approaches to deliver on the Group Human Resources strategy<\/li>\n<li>Deliver the key change enablement findings and recommendations through the use of presentations and reports<\/li>\n<li>Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Enable HR and line managers to utilise of Organisational Development processes and tools, especially in the areas of performance management, employee engagement, change enablement, values and culture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships with HR Leadership, Business Leadership, wider HR community and Employees<\/li>\n<li>Champion and enable effective cross-functional working relationships to create and drive an integrated HR employee experience<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate stakeholder meetings and assist with the identification of project requirements (identifying needs and planning projects and processes)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in HR or Industrial Psychology<\/li>\n<li>Certificate in project management advantageous<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience \/ Skills<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5-7 years in Organisational Development (of which 3-5 years\u2019 experience must be in Change Enablement)<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3-5 years\u2019 experience in project management<\/li>\n<li>Change enablement methodologies and best practice<\/li>\n<li>Organisational Development methodologies and best practice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Behavioural Competencies\u00a0 (List the key behavioral competencies)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flexibility<\/li>\n<li>Perseverance<\/li>\n<li>Resilience<\/li>\n<li>Relationship Building<\/li>\n<li>Accountability<\/li>\n<li>Planning &amp; Organising<\/li>\n<li>Attention to Details<\/li>\n<li>Action Oriented<\/li>\n<li>Customer Focused<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Organisation The Video Entertainment segment of Naspers is a broad-based multinational media group headquartered in South Africa and Dubai with principal operations in pay television and video entertainment.
