The CCC portfolio includes industry-leading thin, zero and cloud PC client solutions with advanced management; desktop virtualization software and Dell\u2019s VDI solutions. We will also provide the mentoring, training and opportunities for you to fulfil your ambitions and potential.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manages a territory or group of accounts to ensure opportunities are identified and closed<\/li>\n<li>Attains unit, revenue and margin objectives for the Business Unit<\/li>\n<li>Proactively identifies and solves business problems faced by customer by providing subject matter expertise<\/li>\n<li>Works with customer to move an opportunity through the funnel to successful closure<\/li>\n<li>Engages in effective account planning to ensure Dell is working to meet needs of champions and keeping detractors in check<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates sound financial acumen to price bids to win while putting in place margin recovery plans by selling more LOB\u2019s and balancing bid and run rate mix<\/li>\n<li>Collaborates with account Executives to improve overall Dell share of wallet in account across Business Units<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of the IT industry with an understanding of the desktop virtualization market.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive years of selling experience; extensive years of related industry or segment experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience managing channel partner relationships. Demonstrated ability to penetrate and close new accounts and opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Strategic account planning experience-history of proactive creation and ongoing management of detailed account plans<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, presentation, problem solving, and time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Recognized by customer as a thought leader and has the executive presence to build senior executive relationships<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our people are the most critical component of our long-term success and their health and wellbeing are our priority.
