Your role will be to manage a team of successful, results oriented sales consultants (currently a team of 10). Train, develop and nurture new employees within the business, and work with them in developing a career with Networkers International plc. Helping to develop our market awareness and specialisation within the specific recruitment market, whilst identifying new leading edge technologies associated with this sector to enhance growth and delivery. Be accountable to the sales director for team goals and targets, and work closely with team members to achieve these goals.<\/p>\n
