\nJob Description Our HR department is passionate about business partnering and we are searching for a business analyst to join our team and help us improve our service to our business through talent analytics.
\nIn order to be successful in this role you need to be highly competent in excel, comfortable with systems and reporting, and have at least 2 years\u2019 experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
\nDuties & Responsibilities \u2022 Streamlining HR Core Processes
\n\u2022 Data Integrity
\n\u2022 Coordination of all HR Reporting
\n\u2022 Data Analysis and Interpretation
\n\u2022 Project Coordination
\n\u2022 HR Systems super user status
\nIdeal Experience Relevant experience would be advantageous but not essential
\nIdeal Qualifications BCom, Business Science degree or the like with majors in statistics and business analysis would be an advantage. Matric higher grade mathematics essential
