The incumbent will be expected to be results driven and to live the values of the organisation.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Role Responsibility<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Key Performance Areas<br \/>\n<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><u><strong>Loading of trucks destined for clients<\/strong><\/u><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Collect firearm and kit from armoury<\/li>\n<li>Sign firearm and kit register<\/li>\n<li>Check CPC if in working condition<\/li>\n<li>Inside closed loading bay scan consignment and sign consignment receipt received from boxroom<\/li>\n<li>Print your E viper receipt &#8211; boxroom personnel to sign<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><u><strong>Deliver money to clients<\/strong><\/u><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Delivery \u2013 open safe \u2013 open cpc \u2013 place bag in cpc<\/li>\n<li>Client site \u2013 chip cpc \u2013 scan bags \u2013 print e viper receipt client to sign<\/li>\n<li>Collection \u2013 scan bags \u2013 print two E Viper receipts<\/li>\n<li>Sign and exchange receipts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><u><strong>Deliver consignment to box room<\/strong><\/u><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>You may collect consignment from clients or bank.<\/li>\n<li>Count number of bags.<\/li>\n<li>Print onboard receipt then handover consignment, receipt, scanner and keys to box room<\/li>\n<li>Sign boxroom handover receipt and boxroom personnel to sign your E Viper receipt.<\/li>\n<li>Tidy up the truck<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><u><strong>Health and Safety<\/strong><\/u><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in the design\/ development\/ review\/ implementation and monitoring of the departmental safety plans for each year.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in safety forums created by company for example safety meetings and safety talks<\/li>\n<li>Report all safety incidents to the relevant people<\/li>\n<li>Discuss all safety incidents<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up on any activities assigned through safety meeting\/committee\/representative\/management<\/li>\n<li>Attend safety education and refresher programmes<\/li>\n<li>Comply with safety policies and procedures at workplace<\/li>\n<li>Distribute safety information as and when required<\/li>\n<li>Wear protective clothing all the time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>The Ideal Candidate<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Minimum Qualifications<br \/>\n<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12 (Mathematics\/Accounting is an added advantage)<\/li>\n<li>Drivers License<\/li>\n<li>PSIRA Grades<\/li>\n<li>CIT Experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u><strong>Knowledge<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Location of clients<\/li>\n<li>Scheduling procedures<\/li>\n<li>Cit procedures<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of G4S standard operating procedures<\/li>\n<li>South African security legislation<\/li>\n<li>G4S Operational Policy and procedures<\/li>\n<li>G4S HR Policy and
