We embed sustainability principles in every design.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Main Responsibilities For This Position<br \/>\n<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Mechanical Engineering design in the Building Services sector<\/li>\n<li>HVAC Design including chilled water systems, VRV systems and data centre systems.<\/li>\n<li>Ventilation systems design<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with SANS 10400 Part O and XA and ASHRAE<\/li>\n<li>Heat load Calculations in Carrier HAP\u2122 software<\/li>\n<li>XA modelling using Design Builder\u2122 software<\/li>\n<li>Lead a mechanical engineering team, provide technical training and mentorship to less experienced team members<\/li>\n<li>Interfacing of designs with other disciplines e.g. structural, architectural<\/li>\n<li>Handling full scope of mechanical projects from conception to close-out<\/li>\n<li>Implementing and ensuring of compliance to company quality management system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Personal Attributes<br \/>\n<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Independent worker,<\/li>\n<li>Deadline oriented,<\/li>\n<li>Committed and driven individual<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Minimum Requirements<br \/>\n<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience 5+ years<\/li>\n<li>Pr.
