Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Analysis and design of solutions \/ implementations
\n\u2022 Functional and Technical Specification documentation
\n\u2022 Development of Intranets based on Microsoft SharePoint Server 2007 or WSS 3.0
\n\u2022 Solution Deployment
\n\u2022 Quality Assurance Testing
\n\u2022 Lead small team of skilled developers or be part of team
\n\u2022 Mentor \/ coach juniors developers
\n\u2022 A full Microsoft Shop with latest Microsoft technologies (Visual Studio 2005, SQL Server 2005)<\/p>\n

Requirements – Personal:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Must be self-sufficient, self-motivated, self-managed
\n\u2022 Must be able to interact with clients and document requirements
\n\u2022 Must have transport to visit clients onsite
\n\u2022 University Degree preferable<\/p>\n

Requirements – Skills and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Minimum of 3 year overall development Experience
\n\u2022 1 year experience with SharePoint
\n\u2022 2 year C# experience
\n\u2022 Visual Studio.NET 2005 \/ 2008
\n\u2022 ASP.NET, HTML web development
\n\u2022 JavaScript
\n\u2022 MS SQL Server 2005 development
\n\u2022 Operating Systems : Windows XP, Windows 2003 server, Vista
\n\u2022 MS Office 2003, 2007
\n\u2022 MS SharePoint Designer 2007<\/p>\n

\u2022 MCP, MCAD, MCSD in .NET, MCPD, MCTS would be a great advantage<\/p>\n
