We will also provide the mentoring, training and opportunities for you to fulfil your ambitions and potential.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Your role will involve delivering technical solutions that address customers\u2019 varying needs, either working independently or with a subject matter expert on more complex solutions. You will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide expert guidance and direction to the Core Sales team on Dell\u2019s infrastructure and enterprise solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Harness an extensive portfolio to design enterprise solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a technical resource to help the sales organisation meet, if not exceed, its objectives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Stay up-to-date on new and competitive products, technology and services offerings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Be available to customers to enhance sales experience via telephone, email, chat and other means to sell as an inside technical sales representative<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor\u2019s degree preferably in Computer Science<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>1 \u2013 2 years\u2019 experience working in a technical sales environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Some experience in a technical role that shows knowledge of multi-platform hardware and software solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong analytical, decision-making and organisational skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding of technical pre-sales role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desired requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of Dell\u2019s enterprise portfolio<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Appreciation of current IT trends (Internet of things, bring your own device, big data etc)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>Our people are the most critical component of our long-term success and their health and wellbeing are our priority.
