The platform enables different layers of an organization to leverage social network technologies to engage with each other anywhere in the world, on any device and at anytime.<\/p>\n<p>Position: Customer Support \u2013 Tier 2, Technical Support<\/p>\n<p>Location: Johannesburg, South Africa<\/p>\n<p>Duration: Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Roles &amp; Responsibilities<br \/>\n<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This individual will provide advanced technical support and customer assistance through phone, ticket, and chat support for a mobile app and a desktop SaaS application<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the advanced point of customer contact, specifically for technical issues, in reporting, documenting, and resolving issues<\/li>\n<li>Must verify customers, validate their reported issues, and attempt to resolve with \u201cFirst Call Resolution\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Gather customer\u2019s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms<\/li>\n<li>Diagnose and resolve technical and software issues involving internet connectivity, email, operating system, device specifics, or other potential causes of service disruption<\/li>\n<li>Research required information using available resources<\/li>\n<li>Manage escalations appropriately to next level of technical support with the technology team or leadership, as required<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to service SLAs, performance metrics, and utilize support procedures, and tools appropriately<\/li>\n<li>Offer advanced trouble shooting, login\/password resets, application tips, to enable customer success<\/li>\n<li>Enhances the organization\u2019s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and finding opportunities to add value to the role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Required Qualifications<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous Call Center technical support experience with digital applications<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Communication Skills &#8211; including oral, written, and keyboarding<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility in shift timings<\/li>\n<li>High school diploma<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Microsoft Office Suites<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Zendesk or other customer support platforms<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated problem resolution, teamwork and time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Windows on desktop and IOS, and Android applications and devices<\/li>\n<li>Professional demeanor and appearance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Connectik is a global software company based in the United Kingdom with offices in Switzerland and America.
