Nielsen is active in over 100 countries and employs approximately 40,000 people worldwide<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To be responsible for Accounts Payable local, Foreign and Intercompany. To assist with month end processes ensuring that standard operating accounting procedures are adhered to and deadlines met.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Validate and capture supplier invoices<\/li>\n<li>Prepare DME file for payment upload<\/li>\n<li>Create new beneficiaries on banking system<\/li>\n<li>Validate ad-hoc invoices\/requests and process payments<\/li>\n<li>Validate and pay International payments, obtain Reserve bank exchange control approval if required<\/li>\n<li>Approve, manage and pay Foreign Intercompany contracts<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile and pay VAT on e-filing<\/li>\n<li>New vendor\/Validity and creation<\/li>\n<li>To assist with month end process and ad hoc requests within the Finance department<\/li>\n<li>Prepare for annual internal external and BBBEE audit, and provide required support documents as requested by auditors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Finance &amp; Accounting<\/p>\n<p><strong>Primary Location<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Africa Middle East (AME)-South Africa-Johan&#8217;brg-Johan&#8217;brg<\/p>\n<p><strong>Organization<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Finance\/ Audit\/ Accounting<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schedule<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shift<br \/>\n<\/strong>Day<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong computer skills with minimum of Intermediate Excel and previous working experience on<\/li>\n<li>SAP is essential<\/li>\n<li>B.Com \/Basic accounting skills \u2013 post school studies essential<\/li>\n<li>Must work well under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Highly numerate<\/li>\n<li>Must be systematic and be able to implement controls<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nielsen Holdings PLC is a global information and measurement company with headquarters in New York.
