To provide Best Practice metrics and superior service to Nutricia’s internal and external customers through accurate and timely response to customer enquiries. To develop and deliver services in a professional manner.<\/p>\n
Areas of responsibilties:
\n\u2022 Customer care including skills associated with customer care position
\n\u2022 Managment of the Nutricia at home project
\n\u2022 Managment Government Orders and Queries.
\n\u2022 Communication and team relationships
\n\u2022 Various projects and ad-hoc tasks as per business requirements
\n\u2022 Knowledge of Nutricia Business, services and products
\n\u2022 Maintaining high standards at all times in line with business expectations Uphold and continually develops positive relationships by fostering open communication with customers, staff and colleagues.
\n\u2022 Play an active role in team activities and team meetings to achieve organisational objectives.<\/p>\n

Candidate Profile:<\/p>\n
\u2022 High school diploma
\n\u2022 Service excellence course\/ diploma
\n\u2022 Supply chain experience will be highly beneficial
\nMandatory:
\n\u2022 Demonstrated capability to provide an exceptional customer care experience in a service environment
\n\u2022 Demonstrated experience in delivering conflict skills and resolution
\n\u2022 Demonstrated skills managing products in certain situations
\nDesirable:
\n\u2022 A strong working knowledge of information systems and contact centre related technology
\n\u2022 ERP systems experience – preferably SAP
\n\u2022 Advanced level Excel knowledge
\n\u2022 CRM experience
\n\u2022 Communications – demonstrated ability to employ verbal and written communication skills to influence individual goal achievement
\n\u2022
\n\u2022 Proven ability to work under pressure
\n\u2022 Proven ability to manage stakeholders
\n\u2022 Must have a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external stakeholders
\n\u2022 Planning – demonstrated ability to identify and raise key issues and develop strategies, in consultation with the Supply Chain Manager
\n\u2022 Analytical – ability to analyze reports and identify root causes of trends and recommend possible paths of action. In addition the ability to analyze a customer complaint and recognize when to escalate to the Supply Chain Manager based on the severity of the complaint.
\n\u2022 Analytical – ability to analyze stock reports, identify low stock situations and address this with the relevant internal and external stakeholders.
\n\u2022 Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills
\n\u2022 Strong work ethic
\n\u2022 Excellent attention to details
\n\u2022 Ability to work independently without supervision<\/p>\n
