The Nestl\u00e9 Graduate Development Programme is an initiative that we invest in as it is a feeder into our business talent pipeline for various functional streams. Each year Nestl\u00e9 South Africa welcomes graduates from around the country to our programme.<\/p>\n
Some graduates are driven by the head, others by the heart – by a passion to make an impact on the world and shape a business.<\/p>\n
Graduates are taken through a 24-month rotational development programme that provides an introduction to the working world of Nestl\u00e9, as well as a strong foundation for further development.<\/p>\n
You should be willing to take on these challenges and contribute from day one.<\/p>\n
In the program, you’ll typically work at two factories across South Africa where you’ll apply your skills within teams responsible for a variety of areas such as improving equipment reliability, optimisation of infrastructure and industrial services, or commissioning of new plants and technologies.<\/p>\n
You\u2019ll learn how to handle complex issues, make crucial decisions, and manage large and varied projects.<\/p>\n
