If you are living in the Eastern Cape and looking to obtain valuable training as a driver, then this might be the opportunity for you. The Coega Development Corporation’s Driver Training Programme targets unemployed youth (18 to 35 years).<\/p>\n

The training is provided free of charge and registered candidates will be responsible for payment of all fees requested from the Traffic Department with regard to booking of tests and issuing of licenses.<\/p>\n

Please note that due to the popular demand of the progamme, there is a waiting list.<\/b><\/p>\n

Port Elizabeth \u2013 Human Capital Solutions Office<\/p>\n

Uitenhage \u2013 Eastcape Midlands College, Brickfield Road Campus<\/p>\n

Grahamstown \u2013 Eastcape Midlands College<\/p>\n

East London \u2013 Buffalo City College, St Mark\u2019s Campus<\/p>\n

Mthatha \u2013 Walter Sisulu University \u2013 Zamakulungisa Campus<\/p>\n

Queenstown \u2013 Ikhala College<\/p>\n

Mbizana \u2013 Ingwe FET College<\/p>\n

King Williams Town \u2013 Lovedale FET College<\/p>\n

How To Apply<\/b><\/p>\n

Fully completed application forms together with copies of the relevant documentation are to be handed in at the site for processing.<\/p>\n

This application does not provide automatic registration to the programme.<\/p>\n

Applicants are contacted and registered as space becomes available on the programme.<\/p>\n

If you are interested, they urge you to visit these training sites as this will give you a better understanding of what the programme has to offer. Alternatively you may download an application form from this site to hand in at the participating location.<\/p>\n
