{"id":30551,"date":"2016-08-11T09:54:30","date_gmt":"2016-08-11T07:54:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=30551"},"modified":"2016-11-11T14:47:36","modified_gmt":"2016-11-11T12:47:36","slug":"department-correctional-service-2017-internships-open","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/department-correctional-service-2017-internships-open.html","title":{"rendered":"Department Of Correctional Service 2017 Internships are Open"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Department of Correctional Services (DCS) is inviting applications for its 2017 internships from unemployed South African graduates in various fields of study.<\/p>\n<p>Graduates with qualifications including National N Diplomas, National Diplomas and Degrees are invited to apply.<\/p>\n<p>Interns will be based at various regional offices, management areas and head office of the DCS for a duration of 12 months and will be paid a monthly stipend of R4000.<\/p>\n<p>Applicants should be unemployed South African graduates between the ages of 18 and 35 years.<\/p>\n<p><u>Candidates will have to meet the following minimum requirements:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Artisan &#8211; Qualifications required: National Diploma in Spray Painting \/ Brick Laying \/ Plumbing \/ Electrical \/ Upholstery \/ Ceramics \/ Welding \/ Boiler Makers \/Cabinet Making \/ Fitting and Turning<\/li>\n<li>Agriculture &#8211; Qualifications required: Degree or National Diploma in Animal Production or Plant Production<\/li>\n<li>Arts &#8211; Qualifications required: Degree or National Diploma in Fine Art \/ Music \/ Drama<\/li>\n<li>Communication &#8211; Qualifications required: Degree or National Diploma in Events Management \/ Marketing \/ Graphic Design \/ Public Relations<\/li>\n<li>Community Development &#8211; Qualifications required: Degree or National Diploma in Community Development<\/li>\n<li>Correctional Service Management &#8211;
