Position outputs :<\/u><\/p>\n
\u2022 Prepare advertisements for properties to be leased out.
\n\u2022 Prepare tender documents and evaluation criteria.
\n\u2022 Facilitate preparation of documents for evalution process.
\n\u2022 Prepare submission for the award of lease and compile submission pack.
\n\u2022 Request valuation reports from Property Valuers.
\n\u2022 Request Lease plans from Design Centre
\n\u2022 Filing and maintaining of records.
\n\u2022 Receiving customer queries and dealing with them appropriately.
\n\u2022 Responding to emails and correspondence in a timely manner.
\n\u2022 Prepare source documents for capture on SAP for invoicing.
\n\u2022 Prepare lease agreements for signature.
\n\u2022 Monitor lease agreements to ensure rent reviews are done on time.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Maintain lease register<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience :<\/u><\/p>\n
\u2022 M + 3 year National Diploma or Degree. (Real Estate or Commercial Field), or<\/p>\n
\u2022 Real Estate Certificate, or<\/p>\n
\u2022 SAPOA Property Development<\/p>\n
\u2022 Programme Certificate<\/p>\n
