Together with your relevant financial degree, the program will equip you with the expertise to excel in the field of <span id=\"IL_AD8\" class=\"IL_AD\">advisory<\/span> services.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>PSG is a leading independent financial services company, delivering a broad range of financial services and products, on a face-to-face model and via integrated electronic platforms. They specifically focus on Wealth Management, Asset Management and Insurance solutions for individuals, families and enterprises.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Key Performance Areas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Finding new clients and business<\/li>\n<li>Proactively establishing contact and meeting with potential clients<\/li>\n<li>Evaluating clients\u00c2\u00b4 financial situations and goals<\/li>\n<li>Thoughtfully absorbing financial information about clients<\/li>\n<li>Conducting a financial analysis for each new client<\/li>\n<li>Providing financial solutions and making recommendations to clients<\/li>\n<li>Providing financial advice on:<\/li>\n<li>Tax and estate planning<\/li>\n<li>Retirement planning<\/li>\n<li>Investing<\/li>\n<li>Short-term insurance<\/li>\n<li>Employee benefits<\/li>\n<li>Administering new clients<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining complete and <span id=\"IL_AD5\" class=\"IL_AD\">accurate<\/span> client records<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring compliance with laws and company policies and regulations<\/li>\n<li>Marketing and selling financial products<\/li>\n<li>Meeting sales targets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum BCom or BSc degree (studying <span id=\"IL_AD3\" class=\"IL_AD\">accounting<\/span>, finance, statistics or economics)<\/li>\n<li>Industry-related work experience is <span id=\"IL_AD6\" class=\"IL_AD\">advantageous<\/span>, not essential<\/li>\n<li>Clear credit and criminal record<\/li>\n<li>Own reliable transport is essential (with driver\u2019s license)<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of <span id=\"IL_AD9\" class=\"IL_AD\">Afrikaans<\/span> essential. Communicating in Afrikaans preferential.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies and Attributes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exceptional selling skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent client relationship skills\/service-orientated<\/li>\n<li>Entrepreneurial drive\/business-orientated<\/li>\n<li>Self-discipline<\/li>\n<li>Ambitious\/performance-orientated<\/li>\n<li>Good communication\/presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Atrong interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Self-confidence<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in an organised manner<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Closing date is 30 September 2016.
