Your development will come through challenging job rotations, supported by formal learning and coaching.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Where can I work?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"pc-rtg-body\">You will be based, but not restricted to Johannesburg, Bryanston offices<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>What do I need to succeed?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll need ambition, commercial awareness and a self-motivated, proactive approach. We\u2019re looking for a clear, effective communicator who can quickly build a rapport with a wide range of people. It\u2019s also important that you can adapt to change and keep focused when the pressure is on. While you have the drive and confidence to trust your own judgement, you\u2019re a real team player who actively collaborates with others. In addition, you\u2019ll need an analytical mind, a talent for multi-tasking and the ability to influence others.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"pc-rtg-body\">Honors Degree<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span id=\"com.peopleclick.cp.fieldlabel.FLD_JPM_PREFERRED_QUALIFICATIONS\" class=\"pc-rtg-h2\" title=\"\"><label id=\"com.peopleclick.cp.formdata.FLD_JPM_PREFERRED_QUALIFICATIONS_label\" for=\"com.peopleclick.cp.formdata.FLD_JPM_PREFERRED_QUALIFICATIONS\">Preferred qualifications:<\/label><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re looking for a high achiever with a good academic background (minimum of \u2018Good\u2019 rating) from reputable university. You should possess:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"pc-rtg-body\">Good academic background in Pharmacy \/ Health Sciences \/ Business, Sales &amp; Marketing Degree<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"pc-rtg-body\">Related postgraduate degree (Hons) is a must<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"pc-rtg-body\">Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"pc-rtg-body\">Excellent numerical and analytical skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"pc-rtg-body\">Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span id=\"com.peopleclick.cp.fieldlabel.JPM_DESCRIPTION\" class=\"pc-rtg-h2\" title=\"\"><label id=\"com.peopleclick.cp.formdata.JPM_DESCRIPTION_label\" for=\"com.peopleclick.cp.formdata.JPM_DESCRIPTION\">Details:<\/label><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"pc-rtg-body\">We have an exciting opportunity in our Future Leaders programme with the GSK business in South Africa.
