A successful Planner has an analytical, detailed and strategic approach to problem solving, a strong entrepreneurial flair and loves working with numbers; an eye for detail, exceptional organisational skills coupled with a strong interest in fashion retail would make you an ideal candidate.<\/p>\n To truly add value to this role and programme you will need a completed degree in Retail Management for Planning \/ Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Economics; Business Economics; Accounting; Finance; Stats; Maths; Supply Chain Mgt; Business Mgt; Procurement for Planning & Sourcing together with a phenomenal \u2018can do\u201d attitude!<\/p>\n Merchandise Development Programme<\/strong>Graduate Trainee \u2013 Buyer<\/em><\/p>\n The Buyer function is responsible for developing product buying strategies \u2013 apparel, footwear, jewellery, accessories or homeware. Buyers inform the business as to when and what to buy, where to buy product and why. A successful Buyer has the ability to spot trends, strong negotiation skills, exceptional organisational skills coupled with a keen interest in fashion retail.<\/p>\n To truly add value to this role and programme you will need a completed degree in ND \/ Degree in Fashion \/ Clothing \/ Textile & Garment Construction or Retail Management for Buying together with a phenomenal \u2018can do\u2019 attitude!<\/p>\n
