Position Description (Intl)<\/strong><\/p>\n The successful incumbent will be responsible for delivering controller support in order to process vehicle stock transactions accurately and timeously through the execution of predefined work objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures.<\/p>\n Minimum Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\n Minimum BCom Degree or relevant National Diploma<\/p>\n Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Overseeing the fleet and used stock controllers
\n\u2022 Invoicing \/ Crediting fleet
\n\u2022 Liaising with Combine Freight to ensure vehicles are delivered timeously to dealers etc.
\n\u2022 Setting up new location codes on Autoline
\n\u2022 Monitoring the Autoline system to ensure the vehicles are moving down the grid
\n\u2022 Exporting documents \u2013 Windhoek (Birth Certificates)
\n\u2022 Assisting dealers with queries
\n\u2022 Damages \u2013 Following up to ensure vehicles are repaired and then Sold
\n\u2022 Stock Counts \u2013 New
\n\u2022 CO2 Documents \u2013 Liaising with GMA
\n\u2022 Keeping the dealers informed \u2013 i.e. Newsletter
\n\u2022 Dealer Visits \u2013 By phone
\n\u2022 Ordering and managing staff demos
\n\u2022 Managing fleet process<\/p>\n
