As a Trainee IT Audit Consultant you can look forward to getting involved in:
\n\u2022 Establishing working relationships with client personnel;
\n\u2022 Review client IT operating procedures and systems of internal control;
\n\u2022 Applying concepts of risk assessment;
\n\u2022 Design and perform tests of internal controls;
\n\u2022 Provide recommendations for improved controls and enhanced business efficiency<\/p>\n

\nPerson requirements\t The key attributes we require in the successful candidates are:
\n\u2022 Have a keen interest in Information Management and Systems
\n\u2022 Strong academic credentials;
\n\u2022 Relevant work experience preferable (e.g. internships, vacation positions, etc.);
\n\u2022 Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills;
\n\u2022 Strong verbal and written communication;
\n\u2022 Well-developed interpersonal skills;
\n\u2022 Embraces change and new ideas;
\n\u2022 Client service orientation;
\n\u2022 Good communication skills;
\n\u2022 Ability to prioritise tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage ambiguity;

\n\u2022 Open to travel for out-of-town assignments.<\/p>\n
Degree requirements\t Honours in Bcom or BBusSci with a concentration in Computer Science, Information Systems (Accounting and Auditing experience will be a distinct advantage)<\/p>\n
