We are looking for talented individuals\u2019 with the relevant skills and experience to be appointed as Management Trainees: Packaging. The successful candidates will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KEY OUTPUTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will:<\/p>\n<p>Undergo a 12-18 month formal training programme to gain knowledge and experience in management, packaging and manufacturing principles in order to prepare for a management position within CCBSA.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KEY FOCUS OUTPUTS WILL BE TO OPTIMIZE PLANT AND PROCESS PERFORMANCE THROUGH:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting continuous improvement<\/li>\n<li>Optimizing Raw Material Usage<\/li>\n<li>Supporting project planning and execution<\/li>\n<li>Optimizing plant availability &amp; Quality<\/li>\n<li>Management of Human Resources to achieve a high performance culture<\/li>\n<li>Asset Care principles and ethic entrenched<\/li>\n<li>World Class Manufacturing<\/li>\n<li>Loss and Waste Analysis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>KEY ATTRIBUTES AND COMPETENCIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analytical thinking ability<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Innovative, conceptual problem solver<\/li>\n<li>Dynamic, open minded and flexible<\/li>\n<li>High energy levels with a bias for action<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in teams<\/li>\n<li>Resilient with strong leadership abilities<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of high performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS \/ EXPERIENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering \/ Electrical Engineerng)<\/li>\n<li>Competent in Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<li>70% and above academic average<\/li>\n<li>Drive, ambition &amp; demonstrated leadership<\/li>\n<li>Willing to take every opportunity to learn and grow<\/li>\n<li>South African Citizen or Permanent Residency in RSA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The advert has minimum requirements listed.
