\u2022\tA degree in Business Science or B.Com
\n\u2022\tMajors in Finance, Statistics, Economics and or Maths would be advantageous
\n\u2022\tTo have displayed a strong entrepreneurial style, i.e. display strong trader mentality
\n\u2022\tA keen\/strong interest in retail
\n\u2022\tAn eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills
\n\u2022\tAn analytical, detailed and strategic approach to problem solving
\n\u2022\tTo be able to work your way through a highly structured development process whilst on training
\n\u2022\tTo be self-motivated, and take responsibility for your own development
\n\u2022\tAble to work independently as well as within a team
\n\u2022\tExcellent interpersonal skills,
