Under this programme, we also place unemployed graduates who have completed their qualification and are not employed to due to lack of work experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What will I be doing?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This learnership is a workplace-based training programme comprising both structured practical workplace and structured theoretical training. A learnership leads to a qualification that is registered the South African Qualifications Authority and that is associated with a trade, qualification or profession. The duration of\u00a0this\u00a0learnership\u00a0will be six months.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner<\/li>\n<li>Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service<\/li>\n<li>Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner<\/li>\n<li>Up-sell with latest departmental incentives<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance of brand standards<\/li>\n<li>Strive to achieve departmental targets<\/li>\n<li>Ensure cleanliness of work areas<\/li>\n<li>Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation<\/li>\n<li>Comply with local licensing laws<\/li>\n<li>Be environmentally aware<\/li>\n<li>Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>What are we looking for?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A\u00a0Learner\/Trainee \u00a0serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
