\n\u201eX Reports to TGB Territory Sales Manager
\n\u201eX Has no direct reports, but leads the activities of virtual teams in support of partners and customers
\n\u201eX Collaborates with Oracle Direct to achieve given sales targets
\n\u201eX Works in a designated industry or a defined set of territories or partners
\n\u201eX Works to identify all organisations (including existing Oracle customers) that fall into their designated industry or territory space focusing on a smaller targeted number that has a specific value proposition and sales engagement activity with partners
\n\u201eX Works with appropriate Oracle Partners
\n\u201eX Works with other Lines of Business (LOBs) as One Red Team
\n\u201eX Works towards an allocated Licence Sales Revenue target<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201eX Winning new licence sales revenue in line with targets focusing on indirect sales
\n\u201eX Developing a strategy and sales plan to address the designated industry sector or territory
\n\u201eX Developing profiles of targeted accounts within the industry sector
\n\u201eX Defining appropriate Enterprise Sales Industry Value Propositions
\n\u201eX Driving the implementation of sales and marketing campaigns
\n\u201eX Generating and following up on leads
\n\u201eX Qualifying leads and prioritising opportunities
\n\u201eX Marshalling internal and Partner resources to conduct campaigns
\n\u201eX Identifying and working with the appropriate people in Oracle and the Customer
\n\u201eX Developing, extending and maintaining relationships with the appropriate staff
\n\u201eX Facilitating and nurturing Senior Management relationships to generate active sponsorship of Oracle
\n\u201eX Working with, and influencing the activities of Oracle Partners as appropriate
\n\u201eX Maintaining an understanding of Oracle’s strategic direction and interpreting its relevance to the industry sector
\n\u201eX Maintaining an awareness of Oracle’s current and future products and services
\n\u201eX Maintaining an understanding of competitive activity relevant to industry sector<\/p>\n

Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201eX Research and communicate current industry trends, drivers and potential
\n\u201eX Translate Oracle’s Strategy and Marketing Messages to the market
\n\u201eX Create Value Propositions and communicate the benefits of these to the market
\n\u201eX Design sales and marketing campaigns and put teams and task forces together to deliver them
\n\u201eX Work with appriate people to co-ordinate marketing activities in order to generate leads
\n\u201eX Generate and manage bids teams
\n\u201eX Produce an accurate weekly forecast
\n\u201eX Build and maintain effective relationships with other Oracle LOBs to ensure resources are made available as and when required
\n\u201eX Maintaining an awareness of Partner Competence and capability
\n\u201eX Operate in line with Oracle’s business processes and procedures
\n\u201eX Deliver and co-ordinate customer presentations and demonstrations
\n\u201eX Attend Industry forums<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 3-5 years experience in the IT industry or vertical market
\n\u2022 2-3 years sales experience
\n\u2022 Experience in Channels\/ Partner cooperation
\n\u2022 Track of record working with commercial and public companies
\n\u2022 Able to learn and understand product solutions and features
\n\u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\n\u2022 Ability to understand customer’s industry and core business processes
\n\u2022 Strong needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills
\n\u2022 Effective sales and project management skills
\n\u2022 Ability to work in a team environment
\n\u2022 Willingness to work towards achieving goals in a changing and challenging environment
\n\u2022 Master Degree
\n\u2022 Good English skills (written and spoken)<\/p>\n
