RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Utilising proactive Executive Search methods to source skills\/candidates
\n\u2022 Establishing and maintaining network of contacts across EMEA
\n\u2022 Search the Oracle Database and web board databases for relevant candidates
\n\u2022 Co-coordinating all recruitment sourcing including advertising (print and web based), employee referrals and personal networking
\n\u2022 Develop specific lead-generation channel
\n\u2022 Researching and utilising the most time and cost effective methods of identifying quality potential employees
\n\u2022 Partnering with the business to co-ordinate recruitment and selection of employees to meet agreed needs
\n\u2022 Drive use of e-recruitment methods to achieve best practice
\n\u2022 Educate managers to implement best recruitment practice using competency based interviewing
\n\u2022 Oversee the recruitment process from job spec to offer and acceptance
\n\u2022 Provide quality screening service to hiring managers
\n\u2022 Manage applications and response, providing feedback to management and candidates on interviews in a professional and timely manner
\n\u2022 May be required to travel occasionally<\/p>\n

Education \/ Qualifications<\/strong>
\n\u2022 B degree in Computer Science or Business and 5 years relevant experience
\nExperience \/ Technical \/ Professional knowledge<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Proven recruitment experience
\n\u2022 Proven experience of utilising state of the art candidate sourcing methods
\n\u2022 Fluency in English is a must
\n\u2022 Previous technical (IT) recruitment experience is essential
\n\u2022 Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
\n\u2022 Ability to interact with people from a variety of different cultures
\n\u2022 Proven ability to build relationships across international \/ organisational boundaries
\n\u2022 Team player
\n\u2022 Innovative approach to problem solving
\n\u2022 Positive enthusiastic self-starter
\n\u2022 Results driven
\n\u2022 Ability to adapt
\n\u2022 Sense of humour
\n\u2022 Preference will be given to those candidates from Previously \u2022 Disadvantaged Backgrounds<\/p>\n
