\n\u2022 Secretarial and administrative support to 1 Regional Director .
\n\u2022 Managing agendas and travel arrangements for the SVPs and VPs.
\n\u2022 Travel booking and monitoring of expenses for the Regional Director and Manager.
\n\u2022 Organizing individual and group meetings and conferences (logistics, web conferences, etc).
\n\u2022 Help with visa requests.
\n\u2022 Handle their expense claims and check their AMEX reports.
\n\u2022 Follow up on incoming mail and requests and ensure these are completed within deadlines.
\n\u2022 IProcurement (monitoring of orders).
\n\u2022 Submission of vacation.
\n\u2022 Filing.
\n\u2022 Involvement in mini one off projects (End of year greetings, business cards, address book, etc).<\/p>\n

You have…
\n\u2022 High School degree or equivalent.
\n\u2022 Fluency in English is essential.
\n\u2022 Fluency in French is a plus.
\n\u2022 Service-oriented, open and friendly attitude.
\n\u2022 Ability to adapt.
\n\u2022 Ability to handle confidential information.
\n\u2022 Demonstrated ability to multitask..
\n\u2022 Ability to interact with people from a variety of different cultures
\n\u2022 Team player.
