This vacancy is based in Johannesburg, South Africa.<\/p>\n<p>Oracle South Africa is an equal opportunity employer however preference will be given to those candidates from previously disadvantaged groups.<\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support a dedicated Senior Recruiter who has been identified as Top Talent in the Oracle Recruitment organisation, with a focus on sourcing candidates and advertising<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to the recruitment process from job description to offer and acceptance<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain network of contacts in all recruitment related organizations.<\/li>\n<li>Co-coordinate all recruitment sourcing including advertising (print and web based), employee referrals and personal networking, as well as sourcing on social media tools.<\/li>\n<li>Provide quality screening service to Senior Recruiters.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with the business to co-ordinate recruitment and selection of employees to meet agreed needs.<\/li>\n<li>Manage applications and response, providing feedback to management and candidates on interviews in a professional and timely manner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>JOB QUALIFICATIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluency in English is essential<\/li>\n<li>Drive and enthusiasm a must, entrepreneur mindset<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to multitask<\/li>\n<li>Studying in a top University<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in HR and in recruitment is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interact with people from a variety of different cultures<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to build relationships across international\/organisational boundaries<\/li>\n<li>Team player<\/li>\n<li>Innovative approach to problem solving<\/li>\n<li>Positive enthusiastic self-starter<\/li>\n<li>Results driven<\/li>\n<li>Ability to adapt<\/li>\n<li>Sense of humour<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Oracle- What we offer?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This position is a temporary role, based in Johannesburg, South Africa<\/li>\n<li>Ideal start date- immediate.<\/li>\n<li>This role takes place in a fully English-speaking environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>All applications should be sent in English to lorraine.gallagher@oracle.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>As part of Oracle\u2019s employment process candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment screening process, prior to an offer being made.
