\nFiling and record keeping including data capturing
\nPreparation and distribution of training material
\nDeal or provide support to learners (as and when required)
\nAssist with tracking, monitoring and preparation of learner assessment for marking and moderation
\nAssist with learner certification<\/p>\n
\nProviding accurate information and support to consumers
\nHandle incoming calls, emails or any electronic media from customers (as and when required)
\nAttending to daily\/weekly administrative reports and supplying feedback<\/p>\n
\nMaintaining contract repository
